The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and dinners (23 and 24 October), and accommodation (including breakfast) from 23 to 25 October (two nights) at Baia Flaminia Resort; city tax at € 1.50 per night per person is not included and must be paid at check out by each participant. Room availability is limited and participants are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible (if overbooked, registrations will be closed). The costs are indicated below.

If, to benefit from the reduced rate, you plan to apply for a membership, please remember that you must do so strictly before 2 September 2014. Applications for membership that reach the ABCD or the SIBBM after that date will be normally processed, but you will not be able to benefit from the reduced fee for this meeting. Registration fee payments received after the deadline will be subject to a late payment charge of 30 EUR, which will be added to the total cost.

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, a reference number. Please do not process your payment without this reference number—thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organisers. If accepted, cancellations within 22 September 2014 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR; cancellations within 26 September 2014 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 26 September 2014.
Abstracts are accepted exclusively during registration or, after registration, through your personal myDOTT2014 page (you will need to register to have access to the latter).
Only one abstract per participant is allowed. The abstract should be submitted by the presenting author only.
Abstracts guidelines:
The abstract submission deadline is 22 September 2014. The organisers will then review the received abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
